Apprenticeship as a shipping agent (m/w/d) specialization in tramp shipping

Your mission:

Your apprenticeship starting August 2026  - full of variety and exciting insights

In your dual apprenticeship, everything revolves around international sea and project transport. You will gain exciting insights into the fields of forest product shipping, container shipping and the spot market. 

You will also learn about technical and administrative tasks in shipping operations at the schiffahrtskontor tom Wörden. In our crewing company Manx Ocean, you will additionally gain experience in crew planning.

You will continuously improve your English and work with people from all over the world.

Your profile:

• Very good secondary school diploma or general university entrance qualification (A-levels)
• Very good command of English
• Good knowledge of geography
• Interest in shipping and logistics
• Reliabitiy, commitment and enjoyment of teamwork
