Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

Your mission:

• Independent execution of ongoing financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger accounts, asset accounts)
• Checking, assigning, and posting incoming invoices and bank transactions
• Maintaining open items and account reconciliation, including analysis and clarification of discrepancies
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of evaluations, balance sheets, and business analyses
• Optimization of internal accounting and billing processes
• Maintenance of the document management system
• Coordination with internal departments and clarification of open queries
• Cooperation with the administrative department
• Processing of travel expense reports

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training with further training as a financial accountant (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in financial accounting
• Confident use of accounting software
• Proficient in German
• Proficient use of MS Excel and strong numerical skills
• Structured, independent, and meticulous approach to work
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
